We are always happy to hear suggestions from patients about how we might improve aspects of our service.

Want to make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any member of staff working in this practice, please let us know. The practice operates a Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints which meets national criteria.
Note: If you make a complaint it is practice policy to ensure you are not discriminated against, or subjected to any negative effect on your care, treatment or support.
We also recognise many complaints can be resolved by an informal discussion and therefore please feel free to approach any member of the Management Team who will make themselves available to you. In addition we recognise patients sometimes do not necessarily want to make a complaint but recommend a service improvement and therefore we offer an avenue where you can do this through our “Have Your Say” Initiative. This form can also be used to praise a service you have received or recognise a member of staff helpfulness.
