Remuneration

£35,587 - £39,487 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.

26 hours per week.

Fixed-term maternity cover contract for 9-12 months.
Candidate Requirements
We would be pleased to receive applications from candidates who:

Are a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.

Have experience working within primary care or general practice.

Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Have experience in chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, and health promotion (desirable).

Possess excellent communication, organisational, and clinical skills.

Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Are committed to continuous professional development and maintaining clinical competence.
